Overview

Armed with your trusty case file and a healthy dose of skepticism, you’re thrust back into the lurid underbelly of Paradise. Navigate a world saturated with clashing aesthetics – retro-futuristic architecture juxtaposed with grimy punk vibes.
Investigate a cast of outlandish suspects, each harboring their own secrets and motives, from Syndicate hopefuls vying for power to jaded veterans clinging to the old regime. With freedom to explore the non-linear open world, uncover hidden clues, and piece together the puzzle at your own pace, the question remains: can you expose the truth and bring justice, or will Paradise remain forever lost in a neon haze of corruption?
The system is not flawless, but one day it will be — on Perfect 25, the island that will come after Perfect 25. But right before they are about to be reborn, the Council and Paradise are both brutally put to death.
